Stay safe online
Wero will never ask you to complete a security check to receive or release a payment.
If someone contacts you by phone, SMS or email claiming to have paid you with Wero and asks you to share a code, approve a transaction or disclose your banking details, stop immediately. It is likely to be a scam.
Never share your credentials. Access Wero support only through the Wero app, the Wero website or your regular banking app.
So remember: Stop. Think. Don’t click. If you are ever suspicious or unsure a message is genuine, report it to your bank immediately.
