Wero is available to everyone who has a bank account at one of our member banks.
Your payments are debited from your bank account as soon as they are validated. You also receive your payments on your bank account instantly.
If your bank offers Wero, it’s already available in your mobile banking app! You may need to update your banking app to the latest version. Just check your mobile banking app or sign-in to your online banking site and follow a few simple steps to create your Wero profile. You can find a list of member banks offering Wero here.
You can only use Wero with our partner banks in the list. If you don’t see your bank yet, our list of member banks is always growing, so it’s probably coming soon.
To use Wero, both the sender and recipient must have an account at one of our bank members in Germany, Belgium or France
You can find the same functionalities in the Wero app and Wero offered through the app of one of our partner banks. If you want to connect bank accounts from different banks, use the Wero mobile app or connect to Wero in each banking app.
How does Wero work?
Get the app Find Wero in your banking app or download the Wero app (that's up to your bank). Sign up for a Wero wallet and authorise a few details to get started.
Choose your account Once you’re logged in, choose the bank account you wish to pay with.
Pick someone to pay Enter the mobile number of your contact from your contacts list. You can send or request money to anyone you know and trust with an account at our bank members across France, Germany, and Belgium.
Enter the amount Enter the amount, write a personalised message and hit send. Voilà - your money is on its way!
